General kasi yung description na associate software engineer as a position, sir. Meaning across the solutions workforce pag entry level ka, associate software engineer title.
So I've received a call for a job offer in Accenture for Associate Software Engineer (an entry level job for fresh grads). Next week will be signing of contract.
Lately, I've been reading pinoyexchange about past experiences of some employees who were hired on this position. Three things really stood out for me and I would like to ask members from r/PH about your opinion about this.
Max 64 bit value. Questions
After being hired as an ASE, there's a 2-3 month bootcamp that will train you for (1) programming language regardless if you know or don't know anything about it. This is to prepare you for future projects inside the company. Is this true?
Since this bootcamp is similar to a classroom, you will be graded by your performance inside the training. If you failed a few times, Accenture will fire you. Is this true?
In case you got fired because you failed on a bootcamp (since you were placed on an area NOT part of your expertise), would this mean you have also invalidated the 1-year bond agreement between you and the company and accenture will demand you to pay 100,000PHP. Is this true?
**Bonus Question: For those who have been an ASE in Accenture for one year, could you share your experiences pls? (e.g. bootcamps, bond contracts, etc).
Thanks.
guys, i just want to share my experience.
I went there today (walk-in) at 3F Robinsons Forum (Boni). I filled out an application form and passed it in the reception area, then I'm asked to wait at the lobby. Time passed. My name was called, along with other names, and we went to the examination room and took the exam there. There were two types of exams for ASE (I'm applying for this post), English and Aptitude/Programming. Regarding the English part, it's composed of reading comprehension, etc. Next is the Aptitude/Programming exam, I thought it would be about writing your own pseudocode in any prog. language in solving the problem. Well, turned out I'm wrong, and if you'll asks me, it's just an abstract reasoning kind of exam and it also has math problems(carry lang toh guys, wag lang tamaring mag-isip ).
after the exam, you'll be asked to wait at the lobby (nuod2x muna dun sa tv nila na paulit-ulit *** pinapakita. whahahah). Then you're name will be called and they'll tell you the result of your exam (sabi sakin 'Congratulations. You passed the exam!'). And they'll schedule you for an interview right away (meron kang mga 1-2 hours para kumain muna). Your name will be called again and interview na!
Well, as usual, I felt like I blew up my interview again. Anyway, the interviewer told me at the end of our conversation that I passed both exam and the interview (tinanggap niya *** mga english ko). The interviewer asked me on how long can I wait for that post. I answered until May (since May pa naman ang graduation). Sabi ko either post will do.
Ibig sabihin ba, after exam and hr interview, my isa pang interview sa lead? ganun ba iyon? Sana tumawag sa thursday (Stay positive! Smile lagi! ).
Hello. Nag-take ako ng ASE exam kanina. After ng exam pinatawag ako for interview.

TIA
